So why another grocery app for the iPhone, aren't there hundreds of those already? Well yes, and I'm glad you asked!

Being born white and male in the United States means I started the game on third base. I've made this app (OMG!) as one way to pay forward a bit of that undeserved privilege.

​

The idea is simple: Instead of making money for myself, I will encourage you to donate one dollar to a food shelf from time to time. Not too often (I promise!), and you can always say no. 100% of all donations go directly to the food shelf.

​

To accept donations requires non-profit status, and I will be taking a few months to gauge the feasibility of taking that step. You can help by using the app, spreading the word, giving the app a solid rating or review on the App Store, or even just by leaving me some feel-good feedback.

And I have to ask, did you do something with your hair, or maybe lose some weight?  Whatever it is, keep it up! You look great!
